Senior Safe Deposit Custodian & Guest Experience Lead

Selfridges & Co is seeking a Deputy Chief Custodian to deliver exceptional customer service to Safe Deposit customers within a secure, discreet environment. You will open and manage Safe Deposit Box contracts and oversee reset procedures while handling queries with a proactive approach.

You will identify customer needs, train new team members, and ensure compliance with procedures, including till cashing up, refunds, exchanges, and safety measures.
