Senior RN Leader, Hospice Clinical Services

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to work under the Director, guiding the clinical team and ensuring compassionate, compliant care. You will hire qualified hospice personnel, oversee service provision, and establish standards of care aligned with federal and state guidelines, while driving operational excellence.

This leadership role requires 2+ years in healthcare leadership, an active RN license, and a track record of process improvement to enhance
