Senior Risk Operations Lead - US Night Shifts

Raylo in Belfast is seeking a senior Risk Operations lead to manage fraud investigations, credit onboarding referrals, and risk policy development. You will guide a small team, partner with Risk Strategy, CRA contacts, and external data providers, and shape the fraud strategy for a US night operation.

You'll need at least 1 year of FCA-regulated consumer finance experience, strong KYC and analytics skills, and the ability to own complex investigations while mentoring others.
