Senior Risk Modelling Manager - Credit & IRB/IFRS9

Leeds Building Society in Leeds is seeking an experienced Risk Modelling Manager to shape and strengthen our credit risk modelling capability. You will lead development, monitoring and documentation of models that support sound decision-making and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the Society, translate complex insights for non-technical audiences, coach colleagues, and help drive a robust model risk framework.
