Key Responsibilities Broad role supporting providing risk management support (Sales, Finance, Tech) Lead the development and implementation of the Risk Management Framework Provide 2nd line oversight and challenge, help set and monitor risk appetite Produce clear, holistic risk and control reporting to support senior decision-making Partner with teams across all three lines of defence to foster a well-controlled, high-performing organisation. Support the Executive Risk Committee (Board papers, risk reports) Build strong relationships with regulators Ensure all governance in place - policies and procedures Drive continuous improvement in governance and control frameworks What We're Looking For Risk management expert with significant Insurance / Re-Insurance sector experience Familiar with EEA regulatory environments Excellent knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements and three lines of defence models.
