Senior Risk & Compliance Leader - UK & Global

Willis Re in London is seeking a Senior Risk and Compliance Officer to embed and oversee risk and compliance frameworks across the UK and international operations. This hands-on role leads a small team to mitigate regulatory risk, financial crime, and to support enterprise risk management.

You will engage with FCA/PRA regulators, prepare attestations, and report to the Interim CRCO. Strong judgement, resilience, and communication with Boards are essential.
