Senior Risk & Compliance Assurance Lead

OSB Group is seeking a Senior Compliance Assurance Manager to shape and deliver a modern, risk-led assurance function. You will manage, coach and mentor direct reports while partnering with the Group Head of Risk Assurance to drive credible assurance across regulatory, policy and customer outcomes.

You will lead testing across material controls, thematic reviews and assessments, ensuring evidence-based findings and timely risk-based actions.
