An established UK financial services organisation is hiring a Senior Risk Analyst to join its Retail Banking division.
This is a senior first line role with real visibility - supporting conduct and operational risk oversight, enhancing risk frameworks, and influencing stakeholders at leadership level.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading enhancements to conduct & control frameworks
- Delivering deep-dive risk reviews and thematic analysis
- Providing robust challenge across risk assessments and controls
- Producing high-quality reporting for senior forums
- Supporting regulatory engagement and risk appetite development
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in risk processes
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in financial services risk (conduct or operational risk preferred)
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
- Clear, concise communicator able to simplify complex issues
