Senior RF IC Design Engineer

I am recruiting a Senior RF/mmWave ASIC Designer to join a growing organisation in Belgium.

Responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Defining specifications and guiding system-level design for RF/mmWave modules.

• Executing circuit design, layout, and verification processes for RF/mmWave building blocks.

• Performing comprehensive 2D and 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulations to optimize design parameters.

• Thoroughly preparing for measurements to ensure accurate data collection.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• A BSc (Hons) or higher degree (MSc/PhD) in electrical engineering with a specialisation in analog, RF, and mmWave ASIC design.

• Hands-on experience in transistor-level RF/mmWave IC design, showcasing proficiency in advanced CMOS, SOI, and/or SiGe technologies.

• Expertise in design for production and a demonstrated command of leading IC design tools.

• Proven experience in transistor-level layout extraction and verification, electromagnetic modelling, and laboratory work.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as MATLAB and Python.
