Senior Rewards & Benefits Manager

Career Moves Group I B Corp is seeking a Senior Rewards Analyst / Comp and Ben s Manager to lead Reward and Benefits for a multi discipline, fast paced team in the UK. You will drive pay reviews, benchmarking, and benefits strategy across media, creative and central services functions.

You'll partner with the People team and senior stakeholders, manage a small team, and ensure compliant, accurate payroll and reporting while continually improving reward processes.
