Senior Revenue Controller - US Law Firm

A prestigious US law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Controller to join its London finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive revenue professional to take ownership of the full working capital cycle, partnering closely with lawyers and business services teams to drive efficient billing, collections, and revenue performance.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end billing and revenue control process for allocated practice groups.
• Monitoring WIP and aged debt, identifying potential risks and driving timely resolution.
• Preparing revenue reports, analysis, and management information for stakeholders.
• Processing billing adjustments, transfers, write-offs, and other revenue-related transactions.
• Managing electronic billing processes and resolving invoice rejections or disputes.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience within revenue control, legal billing, or work-in-progress management.
• Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, accounts receivable, and revenue management principles.
• Experience using legal finance systems, ideally including Elite 3E or similar platforms.
