Senior Resourcing Associate

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate resourcing activity across service lines to meet business demand.
• Support workforce planning, capacity management, and utilisation reporting.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand resourcing requirements and priorities.
• Maintain accurate resourcing data and contribute to forecasting activity.
• Identify resourcing risks and elevate challenges appropriately.
• Support continuous improvement of resourcing processes and tools.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or a similar operational role within a professional or regulated environment. Strong organisational skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to build trusted relationships are essential.
