Senior Residential Worker, Children's Home Lead

Hillingdon Council in Uxbridge is seeking a Senior Residential Worker for a newly opened Ofsted Registered Children's home. You will lead shifts, support junior staff and ensure care practices meet Care Standards Act 2000, Children's Homes Regulations, and the home's Statement of Purpose.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, admissions and discharges, care plans, safeguarding, and liaison with families and professionals, including medication administration and petty cash management.
