Senior Residential Support Worker - Lead & Develop Youth

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for a children's home near Abergavenny in Monmouthshire. You will support up to four young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.

The role requires a Level 3 in Health and Social Care, a UK driving licence, an Enhanced DBS check, and registration with Social Care Wales. You will lead shifts, maintain records, and promote well being through therapeutic interactions.
