Senior Residential Practitioner: Shift Lead

ForeverCare is seeking a Senior Residential Practitioner to lead shifts in our two-bed Manchester homes, supervising on-duty Practitioners and ensuring high-quality care for children aged 5 to 18. You will report to the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager, contributing to a nurturing and safe environment.

A Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care is preferred, with a willingness to complete additional units in Children's Residential Care if needed.
