Senior Residential Practitioner: Lead Care & Development

Sgscare is seeking a Senior Residential Practitioner for a permanent role in South Tyneside. You will lead shifts, supervise Residential Practitioners and ensure children receive high-quality, person-centred care for ages 5-18 in a children's residential home.

Candidates should have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, with at least 1 year in a senior or team-leader role, and be prepared to participate in ongoing training and development, including sleep-ins where required.
