Senior Residential Care Worker (Children) - Lead & Support

Horizon Care Ltd in Salisbury is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to support young people in our homes across daily living activities. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure safety and welfare of the children and young people. This role offers a joining bonus and progression through our Education Academy.

The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week at the Salisbury location, with responsibilities across safeguarding, induction, and health and safety.
