The Home

This is a new 3-bed assessment home supporting children aged 8-17 with EBD. The service focuses on providing structured, high-quality assessments to inform future placements, requiring consistency, resilience, and strong professional practice.

Who we are looking for

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to support the day to day running of the home. You will play a key role in delivering structured care, supporting assessments, and acting as a positive role model for young people.

You will work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of care, ensure safeguarding practices are upheld, and contribute to a stable and therapeutic environment.
