Senior Residential Care Team Leader

HR Recruitify Group, Burton upon Trent, seeks a committed Residential Care Practitioner to supervise, coach and support care staff in a children's home. You will lead shifts, assist investigations, and ensure each young person's care plan is followed to meet their changing needs.

You will build positive relationships with young people, provide 1:1 guidance, help with education and activities, keep accurate written records, and contribute to team meetings while abiding by health and safety
