Senior Residential Care Deputy Manager - Lead & Support

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker/Deputy Manager to join our family run children's residential home in Earls Barton. You will lead a small team to deliver high-quality care, build trusting relationships with young people, and support individualised care plans.

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4, 2+ years' experience, safeguarding knowledge, and strong leadership. You'll oversee daily routines, contribute to multi agency meetings, and maintain a safe, welcoming
