Senior Research Scientist - Robot Learning & World Models

SpAItial is seeking a Research Scientist to train the policies that turn world models into robotic action. You will own vision-language-action (VLA) and world-action models (WAM) end to end, covering data, backbones, action representation, training runs and evaluation.

This senior, hands-on role requires a track record of trained manipulation policies and clear reasons for failures. You will advance embodied AI from research to real-world transfer with rigorous evaluation.
