Senior Reporting Manager

We are representing a global investment firm. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Reporting to join their high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting complex investment structures and delivering strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial reporting and accounting processes for a portfolio of alternative investment vehicles, including private equity, infrastructure, and credit funds.
• Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filings in accordance with IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, internal controls, and firm-wide policies.
• Act as a strategic partner to investment teams, providing financial insights and supporting deal structuring and execution.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.
• Mentor and develop junior finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in financial reporting or fund accounting, ideally within asset management, private equity, or a Big Four advisory firm.
• Deep understanding of IFRS/US GAAP, fund structures, and financial compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and delivering high-quality reporting under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Investran, eFront, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
