Senior Renal Clinical Pharmacist & Prescriber

NHS is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join the medicine and emergency care team at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals. Primarily based at the Freeman Hospital, the successful candidate will work within the Renal team and contribute to clinical pharmacy services. The role requires excellent communication skills, independent prescribing experience, and preferably prior experience in Renal or a similar specialist area. The position supports outpatient clinic delivery and weekend working, among other responsibilities.
