Senior Reliability Engineer - Semiconductor QA & Analysis

MACOM in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an Electronic Design Engineer, Principal, to plan, execute and analyze reliability tests for semiconductor technologies (GaN, GaAs) and to qualify new processes in accordance with JEDEC JESD47 and related standards.

You will conduct device characterisation, develop qualification plans, perform accelerated reliability tests, analyze data, and contribute to intern training. Bachelor/Master/PhD level with 4-6 years in reliability preferred.
