Senior Rehab Physiotherapist: Return-to-Play Lead

Oxford United FC seeks a Senior Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for the Men's 1st Team. You will assess injuries, design and progress rehab programmes, and lead the return-to-performance process for key players. You will deliver gym and pitch-based rehab sessions, guided by objective testing and GPS data to inform decisions.

You will work with the multidisciplinary team to establish milestones and return-to-training criteria, ensuring both immediate injury care and long-term performance readiness.
