Senior Regulatory Strategy & Engagement Leader

UK Fusion Energy Ltd. (UKFE) is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance & Engagement for STEP programme, based at West Burton, Nottinghamshire.

You will define the regulatory strategy, lead senior-level engagement with regulators, and provide independent advice to the Board and Executive team. This role requires building a growing regulatory team, ensuring end-to-end regulatory assurance, and integrating regulatory planning with programme delivery.
