Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the firm's regulatory compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist with the preparation, review and submission of regulatory returns, filings and notifications, ensuring accuracy and robust audit trails.
  • Maintain and update regulatory compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate governance, version control and approvals.
  • Support the production of compliance reporting for Boards and Committees, including data collation, quality checks and narrative inputs.
  • Coordinate and consolidate compliance inputs from cross functional teams to support regulatory and governance reporting.
  • Provide operational support to the AMLCO governance framework, promoting consistency and alignment across jurisdictions.
  • Track remediation actions, audit findings and governance actions, and support ad hoc compliance projects and regulatory change initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience within regulatory compliance, governance or risk in a regulated financial services, fiduciary or TCSP environment.
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting, regulatory returns and compliance governance activities, with a working knowledge of AML/CFT obligations and AMLCO frameworks.
  • Strong governance and reporting skills, including supporting Board and Committee reporting and working within formal approval and documentation standards.
  • Highly detail oriented with the ability to manage and interpret complex information accurately.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with confidence coordinating across multiple teams and challenging information where needed.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills, with the ability to structure information for senior audiences.
  • Well organised, accountable and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and deliverables.
  • Motivated to develop technical regulatory knowledge and expertise.
  • Relevant compliance, regulatory or governance qualifications (e.g. ICA, ACAMS or equivalent) would be desirable, but is not essential.
