Senior Registered Manager - Children's Home (Ofsted)

Embrace Care is seeking a confident, Level 5 qualified Registered Manager (or working towards) to lead our Ofsted-regulated children's residential home in Preston, supporting children with Autism, LD/ADHD and complex needs. You will provide strong leadership, safeguarding accountability and drive continuous improvement.

The role offers leadership autonomy, a competitive salary (£50,000-£75,000) depending on experience and a December bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and on call support.
