Job Description

Henkel UK is seeking a Senior Cluster Infrastructure Manager for Northern Europe to lead a 12-person team across multiple countries, with 6 direct reports. You will own Facility, Fleet, Security, and SHE operations from the UK headquarters in Hemel Hempstead.

You will drive regional strategy, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, partnering with Excoms, regional leadership, and global functions while traveling as required.
