Senior Recruiter - Field Engineering (EMEA GTM)

Databricks is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead Field Engineering and GTM hiring across EMEA. You will identify and hire great people for our growing team, design practical strategies, activate passive candidates, and use data to benchmark and forecast hiring needs.

You will partner with Field Engineering leaders and senior stakeholders, run intake sessions, and ensure a positive interview experience while driving diversity and inclusion in our hiring.
