Senior Recovery Worker: Lead 24-Hour Community Rehab

Making Space in Manchester is recruiting Senior Recovery Workers to join a new 24-hour community mental health rehabilitation service at Wentworth House, Eccles and Park House, Urmston. The role involves leading practical, emotional and strengths-based support for adults with complex needs across day and evening shifts.

You will coordinate shift routines, supervise recovery support workers, support risk management and maintain accurate records.
