Senior Recovery Theatre Practitioner Team Leader

The Wellington Hospital in London is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Recovery to join our theatre team. You will lead the recovery phase after anaesthesia, ensuring safe patient pathways within a state of the art, multi building facility that offers a wide range of complex surgical services.

You'll monitor patients closely, manage airway and pain control, and mentor junior staff while contributing to governance and continuous improvement across the service.
