The Role:

The Senior Records Analyst plays a vital role in managing the Records Management Service daily. Responsibilities include ensuring records in digital and hardcopy formats are accurate and up-to-date, analyzing large data sets for consistency, and supporting the implementation of retention policies within the document management system. The role involves transferring hard-copy records to off-site storage, recalling them as needed, and training users to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data quality assurance and analysis within the records management system.
  2. Supporting high-profile projects as directed.
  3. Coordinating with external vendors for deliveries and collections.
  4. Building strong relationships across departments.
  5. Developing and delivering training to end users.
  6. Managing the delivery and collection of deeds and records.
  7. Addressing or escalating records management queries promptly.

Personal Specification: Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience in records management or information governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with a solution-focused approach.
