The Role:The Senior Records Analyst plays a vital role in managing the Records Management Service daily. Responsibilities include ensuring records in digital and hardcopy formats are accurate and up-to-date, analyzing large data sets for consistency, and supporting the implementation of retention policies within the document management system. The role involves transferring hard-copy records to off-site storage, recalling them as needed, and training users to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Data quality assurance and analysis within the records management system.
