Job Description
Senior Receptionist/Administrator - Mollison Way Surgery, Salary £26,325 (dependent on experience), 37.5 hours/week.
Responsibilities- Support the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
- Develop efficient management systems and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Promote the development and maintenance of a quality learning environment throughout the practice.
- Deputise for the Practice Manager, overseeing day to day operations of the surgery.
- Ensure the effective processing of all administrative work and liaise appropriately with the reception and administration team.
- Essential reception or customer care experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic PC skills - Word, Excel, email.
- Experience working in an NHS or GP practice and using System One desirable.
- Ability to work within processes and procedures, maintaining data security.
- Willingness to work within a team and take on delegated responsibilities.
