Senior Receptionist - VIP Guest Experience Lead

La Petite Maison London is seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our front-of-house team in a high-end London restaurant. You will lead the Reception team, manage reservations, and ensure a warm, polished welcome for every guest.

As a senior member of the front-of-house, you will build strong relationships with regular and VIP guests, coordinate with management, and mentor newer team members to maintain exceptional guest experiences.
