An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join a growing team in Cumbria, based in their Penrith office. Following a recent meeting with the Partner & Head of Office, it's clear this is a pivotal time for the firm as they continue to strengthen their presence in the region.

The firm has built a strong reputation in recent years as a key player in the North, advising a wide range of clients including business owners and regional enterprises. With a clear vision for growth, they are now looking to expand their Real Estate practice and are seeking an experienced lawyer to play a central role in that journey.

This position offers the opportunity to join a close-knit Penrith team, working alongside an established private client group and a Real Estate Partner who splits their time between two offices. The team already acts for a number of longstanding, high-quality clients across Cumbria and the wider UK, providing an excellent platform for further growth.
