Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager - Credit & Execution

Meredith Brown Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee hands-on loan-by-loan monitoring across bridge, development, PBSA, care, CRE and term loans in a fast-paced private capital environment.

You will drive compliance with covenants, lead ongoing portfolio performance reviews, and support deal evaluation, underwriting and execution with internal teams and external partners.
