Senior Real Estate Investment Manager (JV & Funds)

Waterfall, in collaboration with a leading real estate investment management firm, is seeking an Investment Manager for its London team. The role spans origination, evaluation and ongoing management of JV partnerships and fund positions.

You will lead financial modelling, investment appraisals and client reporting, supervise junior team members, and work across governance, sustainability and strategy to optimise portfolio performance.
