Senior Rail Economist & Policy Leader

Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is seeking a senior manager in the Rail Economics team to influence policy, regulation and sector-wide reform as the regulator delivers its transformation programme.

In this role you will work with senior decision makers, analyse complex economic problems spanning commercial, public policy and regulatory matters, and contribute to shaping charges and incentive payments within the rail reform context.
