Senior Rail Commercial Manager (QS) NEC Contracts

TED Recruitment is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor for long-term rail projects based in Milton Keynes. You will cover all quantity surveying and commercial management duties and must have strong rail experience using NEC contracts.

This role is inside IR35 with day rates of £480-£500, with a possible salaried option. A BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and 6+ years of QS experience are required, including cost verification and cost audit.
