Senior R&D Scientist: Lead Diagnostics from Lab to Market

CY Partners is recruiting a Senior R&D Scientist for a diagnostics organisation leading point-of-care testing. You will play a senior, hands-on role, owning experiments from feasibility through scale-up and supporting transfer into manufacturing while mentoring other scientists.

You'll work in a collaborative R&D environment, delivering a diverse pipeline and contributing to cross-functional teams, driving technical ownership and problem solving.
