Senior R&D Scientist - Diagnostics, POC to Manufacturing

CY Partners is seeking a Senior R&D Scientist to lead experimental work from feasibility through scale-up and transfer into manufacturing. You will mentor scientists, own key projects, and contribute to a diverse diagnostic development pipeline in a collaborative R&D setting.

You'll develop lateral flow assays, improve development methods, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 frameworks.
