Senior Quantity Surveyor - London £ Negotiable
Due to an increase in workload, a national main contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage a £35m Refurbishment / Fit Out project in West London.
Reporting into a Commercial Manager you will be accountable for all commercial functions on this project from procurement through to final account.
The client delivers a mix of New Build and Refurbishment projects and as such are looking to appoint a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience of commercially managing £25m schemes in London for this scheme and beyond.
On offer for this Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity is a negotiable and competitive salary in line with your current level of experience and ability.
