Senior Quantity Surveyor - Toronto (Relocation Included)

Saxton Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on major design and build projects in Toronto. You will review Prime Contracts, identify obligations and risks, and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

The package includes a basic salary of £90k-£100k, a profit-related bonus (£10k-£30k) and a tax-free relocation package (£10k-£20k), plus a 6% matched pension. Eligible for ongoing career progression with a Tier 1 contractor.
