A Senior Quantity Surveyor is urgently required to work for a top 10 house builder in South West London, on a mixture of houses and apartments.

The role involves managing the financial administration of projects, ensuring high standards in general quantity surveying, adherence to SHEQ standards, and applying the company's work practices professionally to support company growth.

Requirements include 7-10 years of experience, a BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field, MRICS or MCIOB qualification, good data analysis skills, line management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access), a valid driving license, and a CSCS card at the appropriate level.
