Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential & Mixed-Use Lead

O'Neill and Brennan in Offaly is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

The role includes preparing budgets and cost plans, valuations, cost reports and cash flow management, procuring subcontractor packages, negotiating variations, and mentoring junior members of the commercial team.
