Senior Quantity Surveyor - Rail Project Greater Manchester

Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship rail project in Greater Manchester. You will lead commercial reporting and cost control, manage subcontractor accounts, and ensure compliance with NEC3 contracts.

Ideal candidates hold a QS degree with CSCS, are progressing or have membership with RICS or CIOB, and possess strong negotiation and leadership skills. This role is based on site in Greater Manchester.
