Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infra Frameworks

Fawkes & Reece South are working with a main contractor seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a commercial team. Projects are within a major infrastructure framework worth over £150m across multiple years, with individual works up to £5m on bespoke NEC-based contracts.

Based on site in the UK, the role reports to a Commercial Manager and focuses on delivering commercial excellence for infrastructure schemes including roads, drainage and related works.
