Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Framework Projects

Randstad CPE is working with the regional office of a Tier 1 contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role covers schemes from £20 to £120 million on JCT and NEC contracts, with several framework awards across education, MOD, health and care sectors.

You will review programmes and cost plans, collaborate with the supply chain to price scope, convert to subcontract orders, and take the package to site with a commercial team.
