Senior Quantity Surveyor - Lead on Residential Regeneration

Wates Residential is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Guildford Park Road regeneration project in Guildford. You will take ownership of key commercial activities, driving value and ensuring strong financial performance with customers and the supply chain.

You'll work closely with operations and specialists to deliver best practice across the project lifecycle, managing procurement, cost reporting and final accounts while supporting the delivery team to mitigate risk.
